1. Fill out the "Comparative Market Analysis Request" form. I will research the Available Listings, Pending Status Properties, Recently Sold properties,
and Expired Listings and prepare the report for your home.
2. I will Mail or E-mail to you the
results of my findings, showing what I feel is the range of market value of your home. Any amenities that you have included
with your home will adjust your home price accordingly.
3. I will schedule an appointment to preview your home and discuss the lising with you at
your convenience.
4. I will discuss the home selling process with you.
5. I will prepare an Estimated Sellers Proceeds Analysis for you and go over all of the costs with you
at that time.
6. I will then start to market your home.
